Astroballua - Seer

The Seer Class of Astroballua is the primary element that makes up their society, The smallest unit capable of functioning indefinitely in the harshness of interplanetary and orbital space while still maintaining maneuvering capability they are also capable of making planet fall in order to perform first contact missions with what used to be merely highly divergent segments of their own civilization but have since also formed the primary representatives of their civilization to human beings. Although driven as all astroballua to seek unity and civil discourse with all beings (thankfully even humans) many of them fail to realize the need to learn the complex and arbitrary protocols used by human technology or the individuals themselves. It is much quicker to simply build a network of nano-scale structures in a human brain or computer, create a communication bridge and simply 'speak' directly. This invasion of privacy and identity is the primary factor leading to the initial hostilities between Astroballua and Human civilization and the human counter attack is the primary reason that untold number of astroballua now take far more aggressive diplomatic actions when they first find human beings.

Physically they are relatively similar in broad shape due to requiring very similar morphological stresses when traversing both interplanetary space and descending in planet fall on new worlds. They are all generally capable of initiating high powered thrust even in atmosphere but once they land a Seer class is unable to escape most planetary gravity wells without the aid of a boosting mechanism that must be constructed from local materials.
